our dog began his second training class on monday.  actually, he didn't go.  the first class is for owners/parents only.  the trainer, a former air force attack dog trainer, will be teaching 21 tricks over the next 7 weeks.  it's hard to believe my fat chihuahua (who looks precariously more like a dachsund-lab mix) might be able to do some of the tricks that the trainer described.  then again, it was hard to believe that he would ever learn to sit or to stay.  but he does.  luckily, our dog is highly motivated by food.  i will have to find some good pictures of the little guy to post.  perhaps that will get me back into the swing of things he
